SkyNet Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") is to ensure that all our customers use our services and products, including our Internet services, Wi-Fi services, hardware and software products, including the SkyNet Kit, our website at www.wirelessskynet.com, mobile application, and any other services or products we offer that are subject to this AUP (collectively, the "SkyNet Services"), in a manner that does not interfere with, damage, or harm the SkyNet Services, and prevent misuse of them.
Prohibited Activities
You must use the SkyNet Services for your own personal, non-commerce use. The SkyNet Services may not be used in an illegal or malicious manner, including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Using the SkyNet Services to engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempting to breach the security of any device, network, server, or account.
- Deploying malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Using the SkyNet Services to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of any network or server.
- Accessing, or attempting to access, data, systems, or networks to which you are not authorized.
- Transmitting, distributing, or storing content that is obscene, offensive, illegal, or constitutes child pornography.
- Using the SkyNet Services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or engaging in email or messaging fraud (phishing).
- Altering or tampering with the SkyNet Services or SkyNet Kit.
- Using the SkyNet Services in any manner that exceeds the intended use or interferes with the network's performance.
- Copying, reproducing, reselling, or redistributing the SkyNet Services to third parties.
- Engaging in any activity that may cause harm or damage to SkyNet's or third-party's equipment or infrastructure.
- Misusing or exploiting vulnerabilities in the SkyNet Services.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SkyNet Services.
- Using automated means, such as bots, scrapers or similar technology, to access or use SkyNet Services.
- Overloading or disrupting the functionality of the SkyNet Services with excessive requests or activities.
Network Management
SkyNet reserves the right to engage in reasonable network management practices to ensure the overall integrity and quality of service for all customers. This may include, but is not limited to, measures to prevent spam, viruses, and malware, as well as the prioritization of certain types of traffic during periods of network congestion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. SkyNet will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such management practices on your use of SkyNet Services. You agree that SkyNet may restrict the number of devices you can use to connect to the Wi-Fi Access Services. Devices will be automatically disconnected from the Wi-Fi Access Services after extended periods of inactivity.
We take violations of this AUP seriously. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions:
Enforcement
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the SkyNet Services without prior notice. This includes suspending or terminating any accounts, devices, or connections associated with the violation.
- If we believe that any violation involves illegal activities, we may report such activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. This includes sharing any relevant information with these authorities as necessary.
- We reserve the right to take any legal action necessary to enforce this AUP, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, or other appropriate remedies.
- We may notify you of any actions taken against your account or SkyNet Services due to violating this AUP. However, we are not obligated to provide such notice before taking action.
- Reinstatement of your access to the SkyNet Services following suspension or termination will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional conditions and requirements.
Updates and Changes
We may update or change this AUP from time to time. Any updates or changes will become effective when posted on our website, app, or delivered to you. By continuing to use the SkyNet Services after any such updates or changes, you accept and agree to the revised AUP.
