SkyNet Returns & Limited Warranty Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products purchased directly from SkyNet are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any issues with the products will be subject to the Limited Warranty below.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Period. Wireless (US) Inc. ("SkyNet") warrants the SkyNet devices below, and their associated parts and accessories (the "Products") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of delivery or retail purchase from SkyNet or an authorized reseller, as applicable (the "Warranty Period"):
  • For a period of one (1) year for a CPE SkyNet device (i.e., SU series).
  • For a period of two (2) years for an RN SkyNet device (i.e., SR/SC series such as SR7161 and SC7161). If you rented the device through your SkyNet subscription plan, the warranty will be valid for the duration of your subscription.
Remedies. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by SkyNet within the Warranty Period, SkyNet has the right, at its sole discretion, to either (a) repair the Products, or (b) exchange the defective Products for a new, same, or later version of the Products. If in the sole opinion of SkyNet it is not commercially reasonable to replace or repair the defective Products, SkyNet may refund you the purchase price paid for the original Products.
To the extent permitted by law, this is your sole and exclusive remedy. This Limited Warranty only applies to the Products purchased from SkyNet directly or an authorized reseller of the Products. Any replacement Products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
After an approved warranty claim, you must return the defective Products to SkyNet within 30 days of receiving a return authorization. Failure to return the original defective Products may result in charges for the replacement.
Extended Warranty & Maintenance Service. For customers who have purchased an extended warranty or maintenance service included in their service plan, the terms of the extended warranty or maintenance service will apply in addition to the Limited Warranty, except expressly provided otherwise. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of your wireless service plan for details.
Exclusion from Warranty.This Limited Warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation. It also excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, and Products with removed or defaced serial numbers. Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification, loss of data or damage to data storage devices, and damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, floods, and earthquakes are not covered. Additionally, any issues arising from failure to follow SkyNet's instructions for the use of the Products, defects or damage resulting from the use of unauthorized third-party equipment or accessories, and any issues unrelated to the Products' materials or workmanship are excluded from this warranty.
After our inspection, if we find that the defect is not covered by this warranty, we will charge you for the replacement Products, including any applicable shipping costs, to the credit card or payment method on your account with us. You agree to these charges. If we do not have your payment information, we will send you an invoice for these charges.
How to file a Warranty Claim.Please contact SkyNet customer support to file a warranty claim. You will be required to fill out a warranty claim form. Please ensure you have a copy of the purchase receipt, or an account number associated with your purchase or service plan.
All defective Products, including all original parts, accessories, and packaging, must be returned to SkyNet. This includes any components that were part of the original product package. Failure to return all items may result in additional charges. By accepting these terms, you agree to return the complete Products, including all parts and accessories, as well as the original packaging.
You are responsible for ensuring that the defective Products, along with all original parts, accessories, and packaging, is delivered to the carrier and for tracking the shipment. SkyNet is not responsible for any missed deliveries, delays, or any issues that arise during the return shipment process, including any inability to access SkyNet's wireless internet service. You agree to bear the responsibility for the safe and timely return of the product to SkyNet.
Warranties Disclaimer. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKYNET PROVIDES THE SKYNET DEVICE AND ASSOCIATED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES "AS IS". SKYNET AND ITS MANUFACTURER DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SKYNET, AUTHORIZED RESELLER, OR THROUGH THE PRODUCT SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
Limitation of Damage. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKYNET, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, AND FOR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EVEN IF SKYNET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
UPDATES AND PATCHES
SkyNet may periodically provide, but not obligation, updates, patches, or enhancements to improve the Products' software's functionality, security, and performance. These updates may be applied automatically without prior notice. By using the Products, you agree to these updates and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the Products are regularly updated. SkyNet does not warrant that updates will be compatible with all hardware or software configurations and is not liable for any changes in functionality resulting from these updates. For optimal performance and security, please ensure that your product is always updated to the latest version.

This document may be translated into other languages for convenience. However, the English version shall be the governing and controlling language for all purposes.
PERSONAL USE ONLY
These Products are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. It is not to be transferred, sold, or distributed for commercial resale purposes. Any unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, or use of the Products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may void the warranty and violate applicable laws. By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the products are for your personal use only.
